By participating in the Right Direction Club Bike Ride event, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Assumption of Risk: I understand and acknowledge that participating in the bike ride involves inherent risks, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, and property damage. I voluntarily assume all such risks and agree that the Right Direction Club and its organizers, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliates shall not be held responsible or liable for any harm or injury that may occur during or as a result of my participation in the event.

Safety and Personal Responsibility: I agree to abide by all applicable traffic laws, rules, and regulations during the bike ride. I understand the importance of wearing a properly fitted helmet and other appropriate safety gear. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to ensure that my bicycle is in good working condition and that I have the necessary skills and abilities to participate safely.

Release and Waiver: I hereby release and discharge the Right Direction Club, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action, whether present or future, known or unknown, arising out of or relating to my participation in the bike ride event.

Indemnification: I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Right Direction Club, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to my participation in the event, including but not limited to any claims brought by third parties.

Photography and Media Release: I grant the Right Direction Club the right to use photographs, videos, or other media recordings taken during the event for promotional purposes, without compensation or further consent.

Legal Compliance: I understand that this disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this disclaimer shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located within the jurisdiction of the State of California.

By signing this disclaimer, I acknowledge that I have carefully read and fully understand its contents. I voluntarily agree to be bound by its terms and waive any rights or claims that I may have against the Right Direction Club and its organizers, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliates.
